Who is Kaaro for?
Independent insurance agents and small agencies in India who manage their customers across notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads today. Kaaro is agency management software — it does not issue policies, sell cover, or compare insurers.
What can I manage with it?
Leads and their stages, customer records, policies with their renewal dates, follow-ups, payments you have collected, and customer documents. Each of these has its own screen in the workspace.
How do renewal reminders work?
You choose how many days before a policy expires you want to be reminded — 30, 15, 7 and 2 days by default. Kaaro raises those reminders for you inside the workspace. Messaging your customers directly is a separate, opt-in step that you set up and control.
Can my team use it with me?
Yes. You can add team members as Managers or Employees. Managers see the whole book; Employees see only the leads and customers assigned to them. Every business's data is kept separate from every other business's.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kaaro runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.
